You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your profile settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as Memories and card suggestions. You grant us a licence to host, store, and display that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and all original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or safe. You use the app at your own risk, particularly when consuming alcohol or engaging in physical activity suggested by the games.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any harm resulting from drinking games or challenges.
